Undo and redo
The Desfazer (Undo) and Refazer (Redo) buttons are at the top right of the board. They only appear to people who can arrange the board. From the keyboard:
| Action | Shortcut |
|---|---|
| Desfazer (Undo) | Ctrl + Z (Cmd + Z on macOS) |
| Refazer (Redo) | Ctrl + Shift + Z or Ctrl + Y |
What can be undone
- Creating, deleting and moving notes, texts and cards (a group moved at once is undone at once).
- Removing cards from the board and dropping them from the tray onto the board.
- Changing the color, the size, bold and the alignment.
- Resizing.
- A text edit counts as a single step, however many keys you pressed.
Importing positions from the columns and Voltar a importar das colunas (re-import from the columns) cannot be undone.
How it works
Undo puts back only what the action changed. If someone else changed a note's color while you were fixing its text, your Ctrl + Z restores the text and leaves their color. An element that has meanwhile disappeared does not come back by mistake.
The history keeps the last 100 steps and lasts while the view is open: leaving it loses the history. Inside a note or text being edited, Ctrl + Z belongs to the text field, not to the board.
