Notes

A note is a colored slip of paper you write straight onto the board. It is not a record: it does not appear in the table, and anyone who sees the table's records sees the view's notes.

Create a note

  1. Pick the Nota (Note) tool in the toolbar (or press N).
  2. Click an empty spot on the board. The note appears centered on that point, yellow and medium-sized, ready for text.
  3. Type. To finish, click outside the note or press Esc.

A note left empty disappears when you finish editing, and that does not go into the undo history. A note takes up to 5000 characters. The text saves itself about a second after the last key, so you do not lose it if you leave the view midway.

Edit

Double-click the note, or select it and press Enter. On touch, double-tap, or long-press and choose Editar (Edit) in the sheet.

The note bar

With a single note selected, a bar appears above it:

  • Cor (Color): Amarelo (yellow), Verde (green), Rosa (pink), Azul (blue), Lilás (lilac) or Laranja (orange). The colors adapt to the light and dark themes.
  • Size: P, M or G (small, medium, large). They change the width, the height and the letter size.
  • Negrito (Bold): turns bold on and off for the whole note.
  • Apagar (Delete).

Resize

A selected note has handles on its corners and sides. Drag a handle to change the width and height freely, within a minimum and a maximum. The size you pick is saved on the note.

Move

Drag the note. If it is selected together with other elements, the whole group goes (see Selection).

Delete

Use the Apagar button in the bar, or select the note and press Delete. To bring it back, use Undo.
